Veeva AndiをVeeva CRMの新機能であるCustomer Journeysと組み合わせて使用すると、適切な顧客ステージにおける最善のアクションを推進できます。

Veeva Andiは、業界内で最も広く使われているCRMプラットフォームVeeva CRM Suiteの一機能で、AIの導入・展開・スケーリングを容易にします。AIソリューションを制御・管理する独自の機能を用いることで、ライフサイエンス企業は、適切なメッセージを適切なチャネルを介して適切なタイミングに発信でき、カスタマーエクスペリエンスを向上させることが可能になります。

Veevaは、Veeva Andiのほかにも、Veeva CRMとVeeva Vault PromoMatsの新しいAI機能を発表しました。Veeva CRM Approved Notesは、AIを活用することで現場担当者が顧客との関係構築を改善し、すべてのやり取りでコンプライアンスを保てるようにサポートします。この新機能を使用することで、現場担当者はVeeva CRM内でフリーテキストをキャプチャーしやすくなるとともに、潜在的なコンプライアンスリスクも、AIを活用して容易に検出できるようになります。
