Veeva社、Salesforce社とのパートナーシップを強化　新たな製品統合を発表

Veeva Systems【NYSE：VEEV】(本社：カリフォルニア州プレザントン、日本法人本社：東京都渋谷区、日本法人代表取締役：岡村 崇、以下 Veeva)は、新たな統合としてSalesforce Marketing CloudとVeeva CRMに加えて、Veeva VaultにおけるSalesforce Service Cloudのサポート開始を発表いたしました。ライフサイエンス企業が医療従事者に対して調和の取れた一貫性のあるカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供できるよう、Salesforce社とVeevaは長期的な業務提携を推し進めています。Veevaはこの10年間、製薬およびバイオテクノロジー業界向けCRMのグローバルプロバイダーとして、Salesforce社とのパートナーシップを強めてまいりました。その間、クラウドイノベーションを推進し、リーディングカンパニーとして業界をけん引してきた両社が抱える共通顧客は、現在250社以上になります。(本リリースは、Veeva米国本社が発表した報道資料の抄訳です)

【VeevaとSalesforce社でさらに効果的な顧客インタラクションを実現】
Salesforce Platformを基盤とするVeeva CRMは、Veeva Commercial Cloudの基幹アプリケーションです。顧客データ、規制対象コンテンツ、マルチチャネルエンゲージメントがVeeva CRMに集約されているため、ライフサイエンス企業は医療従事者の期待に応えるカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供することができます。Veeva CRMとSalesforce Marketing Cloudとの統合によって両クラウドソリューション間での情報共有が可能となり、それによって営業部門とマーケティング部門は共に顧客エンゲージメントの全容を把握できるようになります。

Salesforce Marketing Cloudから行ったマーケティング活動の記録や関連データはVeeva CRM上で利用可能です。同時に、Veeva CRM Approved EmailやVeeva CLM、Veeva CRM SuggestionsなどといったVeeva CRM上のすべてのデータおよびマルチチャネルインタラクションもSalesforce Marketing Cloudに直接取り込まれます。これにより、両クラウドソリューションを導入しているライフサイエンス企業は、対面型およびデジタル型インタラクションの全体像を完全に把握して、医療従事者に対し、統一感のある首尾一貫したユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供できるようになります。


【Veeva Vaultの規制対象コンテンツをSalesforce Service Cloudへ】
Veeva Vaultは、社内にある規制を受けるコンテンツとデータを集約し、Single Source of Truthを実現する統合アプリケーション群です。Veeva VaultとSalesforce Service Cloudの両方を導入するライフサイエンス企業は、Veeva Vaultから取り込んだ承認済みの規制対象コンテンツをSalesforce Service Cloud上で利用して顧客の要望に回答・対応することができます。

医療従事者は、製薬およびバイオテクノロジー企業の顧客サービス部門が提供する迅速かつ正確な情報を必要としています。Veeva Vault APIの利用により、顧客サービス部門は規制対象文書の作成や検索、それらの文書へのアクセスをSalesforce Service Cloud上で直接行うことが可能になります。さらに、医師とのインタラクションもすべて記録されるため、顧客サービスおよび顧客サポート部門は、Salesforce Service CloudとVeeva Vaultのどちらからでも、分析ツールを使用して進捗状況を追跡することも可能になります。
