Veeva、Veeva CRM Engage Meetingにリモートサンプリング機能を新たに追加

医師はあらゆるモバイルデバイスまたはブラウザから 現場担当者に医薬品サンプルをリクエスト可能

Veeva CRM Engage Meetingは、コンプライアンスを遵守しながら医療従事者とのリモートミーティングを容易に実施できるようにします。今回、リモートサンプリング機能が新たに追加されたことにより、訪問しての面談の必要なく医薬品サンプルを提供できるになります。担当者は、訪問する場合と同じコンプライアンスプロセスに従って、免許／住所情報やサンプルの詳細を確認し、医療従事者の署名を通話記録の一部として保存することができます。医療従事者の署名のキャプチャーは、モバイルデバイスまたはブラウザを使用してオンラインで行えます。

また、Veeva CRM Engage Meetingには、リモートにおける医師問い合わせ管理機能と同意取得管理機能が追加される予定です。これらの新機能により、現場担当者はVeeva Engage Meetingを使用して、医療従事者からの問い合わせ内容の確認と署名取得、さらに医療従事者が希望する情報提供チャネルの承諾を、コンプライアンスを遵守しながらリモートで対応できるようになります。

これらの最新のイノベーションは、業界の急速なデジタルシフトを継続して支えます。2020年3月以来、Veevaは医療従事者とのつながりを維持できるように、新規のお客様にVeeva CRM Engage Meetingを無料で提供しています。ライフサイエンス企業がこの3月にオンラインでやり取りした医療従事者の数は10万人以上に上り(*1)、1月と比較して2,347％増加しています。また、こうしたリモートミーティングは通常の訪問面談(*2)と比べてより詳細な内容になるため、平均で13分長い(*3)ことがわかっています。
