19日前引け時点の日経平均構成銘柄の騰落数は、値上がり154銘柄、値下がり67銘柄、変わらず4銘柄となった。
18日の米国株式市場は上昇。ダウ平均は124.10ドル高の46142.42ドル、ナスダックは209.40ポイント高の22470.73で取引を終了した。今後の連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）の利下げ軌道を巡る不透明感に寄り付き後、まちまち。新規失業保険申請件数が前回から大幅減少し労働市場の底堅さが再表明されると年内の速やかな追加利下げ観測が後退し、一時伸び悩んだ。その後、エヌビディアなど半導体セクターの上昇がけん引し、終盤にかけ、相場は上げ幅を拡大。過去最高値を更新して終了した。
米株式市場の動向を横目に、19日の日経平均は330.86円高の45634.29円と続伸して取引を開始した。前場は輸出関連や半導体関連に買いが入り、アドバンテス<a href="https://web.fisco.jp/platform/companies/0685700?fm=mj" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">＜6857＞</a>や東京エレクトロン<a href="https://web.fisco.jp/platform/companies/0803500?fm=mj" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">＜8035＞</a>などの上昇が指数を後押しした。為替は円安ドル高の動きが一部見られ、輸出企業にとって追い風となった。ただ、朝方に一時上げ幅500円を超えたが、その後は短期的な過熱感を警戒した売りが出て伸び悩んだ。
